Cancellation Policy

We do not participate in any insurance programs; however, at the end of your consultation you will be provided a detailed statement with appropriate diagnosis codes and a balance showing that you have paid in full. Many insurance policies provide for out of network benefits, ranging from 50-100% reimbursement. You may send your company this statement and if your policy does provide for out of network benefits you will be reimbursed accordingly. If your insurance company requires any further clarification or additional paperwork, we will gladly assist you in whatever you need.

Any blood work or other types of testing that are done will be covered as per your insurance policy’s benefits, due to the fact that Dr. Berman is board certified and a medical doctor.

We are a non-participating provider in Medicare, which means you are responsible for the consultation fee and we will then submit it your claim electronically to Medicare. After processing, Medicare and your secondary carrier will send you, directly, the reimbursement.
