Shipping Policy & Rates
Free shipping:
We provide FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100. Free shipping offer is valid on orders shipped within the continental U.S. only (Contiguous 48 states). PalmBeachHolistic.com reserves the rights to change or end this free shipping offer at any time.
Shipping Methods:
PalmBeachHolistic.com delivers merchandise through various carriers such as USPS (US Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and offers various shipping methods such as Ground, Priority Mail , Express Mail and Overnight Mail. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. Delivery times may be longer for items that require ground-only shipping.
We offer USPS Priority Mail only to orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO Military addresses with an additional $10 shipping charge.
For safety reasons, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of certain items such as Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. Orders that contain DOT-restricted products must be sent ground-only.
Sales Tax:
No Sales tax, except on orders shipped within the state of Florida. Florida law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. By law, charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product and must be included when sales are calculated.
International Shipping:
Sorry, we don't offer international shipping.

You may choose from a variety of shipping options. Shipping costs are based on the shipping service level you choose. Check the table for our domestic shipping rates. PalmBeachHolistic.com reserves the rights to change the shipping rate at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We encourage you to check your item(s) when you receive the order. If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return them for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. These items you request to return or exchange must be completely unused and in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
In order to return or exchange, please call us to request a Return Authorization Code before sending back any item. NO returns/exchanges will be accepted without a Return/Exchange Authorization Code. Palm Beach Holistic will not refund or exchange your purchase if item is in un-sellable condition. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of return postage. Once you get the Return Authorization Code, please send the items back to us at: PalmBeachHolistic.com, Palm Beach Holistic Center, 675 West Indiantown Road - Suite 203, Jupiter, Fl 33458. Please include your order number and a short note explaining what you would like to exchange for or return for a refund, along with the reason you want to exchange or return. We will process your request for a refund or an exchange as necessary when we receive your return. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
